Many states and many insurance companies now offer up to a 30% discount on auto insurance to those who drive less than 15,000 miles per year.
Pay-As-You-Drive (PAYD) is available through Progressive, State Farm, All State, GMAC and many other insurance companies in more than 35 states.
Some insurance companies ask you to install a device in your car that monitors your mileage plus your acceleration and braking habits.
Some companies have you submit your odometer readers once per year and occassionally verify your mileage through local agents.
If you drive less than 15,000 miles per year, you should contact your insurance company about their policy towards low mileage usage.

Most restaurants allow you to purchase a $25 Gift Certificate for $10.
Make sure you read the fine point on the coupon and you may want to check with the restaurant to make sure that you are honoring the restaurant.com coupons.
